How to Apply

To apply to attend the event, please click the application link below. The registration fee is $850.

Applications will start going under review beginning Aug 1, 2018. Application will continue to be accepted on a rolling admission until all spots for the event are filled. For those who are accepted, a registration link for accommodations and payment will be sent from the USOC Coaching Education department. If accepted, applicants will have 2 weeks to submit payment from the date they are accepted. Applicant payment secures their spot in the event. If the event reaches its maximum available spots, an overflow pool will be created. From this pool, applicants will be selected by order of their application, if spots become available, these selected applicants will be notified.

Please note: all attendees of former USOC Symposiums are not automatically accepted.

Refund Policy

With the event offering a very limited number of available seats, this event has a very strict refund policy. If for some reason an accepted applicant has made payment, but must back out of the event:

  • Full refunds will be given up until 3 months before the event
  • Half refunds will be given up until 2 months before the event
  • No refunds will be given within 1 month of the event.
