From 2008-2016, the coaching staff selected winners for the Athlete of the Year, Rookie of the Year and Team of the Year awards, while athletes voted for a team member in their discipline to receive the Athletes' Choice awards. Starting in 2022, athletes nominated and voted for athletes that exemplified the three team values of teamwork, commitment, and integrity.
